Service Description

Select this class if you are BYOB (bringing your own paddle board or kayak) for our Beach Yoga Class. Total approximated excursion time: 1.5 hrs., 45-60 min yoga class and about a 15-20 min paddle from launch site through the mangrove canals to an exclusive island (you can only get there by paddle or boat)! Dive into our community yoga experience surrounded by the beautiful marine ecosystem of SWFL taught by a certified yoga teacher (Owner: Amy Garcia). We will be moving through an all levels welcome (beginner friendly) Yoga flow and enter into a meditative state while enjoying the connectivity of nature, followed by a short healing sound bath. Please arrive at least 15 min before class time. Be prepared for the FL heat! Bring water with you, preferably a refillable container, as more water will be provided if needed. Remember to wear attire for outdoor physical activity (yoga or active wear, hat, spf clothing, towel etc.) whatever is comfortable for your practice and body. For sun/bug protection, we do have our own branded body Reef Safe Mineral Sunscreen & Natural Bug Spray available for purchase in our shop online and in person at the launch site. If you choose to bring your own, please be mindful of the type you are using! We ask this due to ingredients commonly used in sunscreen/bug spray DEET or oxybenzone, both are harmful to humans, wildlife & marine life. Thank you and we cannot wait to connect and flow with you!
